LG Electronics has officially announced the pricing and availability of its first line of smart gaming monitors, the LG UltraGear OLED GX9s series. This new product range, encompassing 45-inch, 39-inch, and 34-inch models, represents LG’s foray into the convergence of high-performance gaming displays and integrated smart platform capabilities. The GX9s series is designed to cater to the demands of modern gamers while offering the convenience of direct access to streaming entertainment and cloud gaming services.

The monitors feature curved OLED panels with a 21:9 aspect ratio, promising exceptional visual fidelity with vibrant colors and deep blacks. Key gaming specifications include a 240Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms (GtG) response time, coupled with support for variable refresh rate technologies, including AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, ensuring a smooth and responsive gaming experience.

Notably, the integration of LG’s webOS platform transforms these monitors into comprehensive entertainment hubs, allowing users to access a wide array of streaming applications and over 350 free channels via the LG Channels app. Furthermore, compatibility with cloud gaming services such as NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Amazon Luna, and Blacknut enables gaming without the need for dedicated hardware.
