If you hold your face about 3" from the screen and slowly pull your head back while shifting from each image exactly once per second, you still can't tell a difference.

Wow, you guys really can't tell the difference? The PS3's visuals aren't as sharp in my opinion. I say that as an avowed MS hater. Granted, if you didn't have a side by side, I doubt anyone would gripe.

That's exactly what I was thinking. If I didn't see them side by side, I probably couldn't tell (though I think I'd notice the blurriness), but on a side-by-side view the results are clear.
